    Heavy lifting and controlled movement

The crane combines a lightweight structural design with variable-frequency control and high-lift operation. Coordinated multi-hook movement and electronic sway control support the positioning of heavy components in a complex construction environment.

    Monitoring for site operation

The equipment includes digital monitoring and camera-based visibility for operational awareness. For a comparable application, the lifting study should define load geometry, hook spacing, synchronisation, lift path and the site’s humidity and dust conditions. Required performance and acceptance criteria belong in the project specification.

    Review a heavy-lift application

Provide the component weight and dimensions, lifting points, hook travel, site drawing and operating environment for technical review.

    Positioning, identification and lifting

The cranes use variable-frequency drives and PLC control, with encoders on the hoisting mechanism and coded-bus positioning for crane and trolley travel. Three-dimensional scanning, vision inspection and intelligent lifting attachments support identification, pickup and controlled movement.

    Warehouse and control-system integration

A control-room server connects WCS dispatch and WMS warehouse management with handling records. For a similar project, the specification should define material geometry, pickup rules, storage locations, system interfaces, manual recovery modes and the agreed acceptance tests.
