    Henan Mine Crane’s 2026 Student Support Ceremony Assists 380 Students

    Henan Mine Crane held its twenty-third student support ceremony at the intelligent industrial park on 18 August 2026. The event provided financial assistance to 380 students.

    Student grants and teacher support

    The year’s education funding totalled CNY 1.5 million. Of this, CNY 1.18 million was distributed to 380 university students at the event; the remaining allocation supported recognition of outstanding primary and secondary school teachers.

    A continuing community programme

    The student assistance foundation began in 2004. Company representatives, local officials, students and parents attended the 2026 ceremony, continuing the education programme alongside the company’s manufacturing activities.

    Henan Mine Crane marked the completion of its 2026 summer internship on 15 August. A total of 291 employees’ children completed the programme and received allowances and certificates.

    Workplace learning and technical visits

    The programme combined practical experience with lectures. Participants visited the crane museum, service-life test laboratory and physical and chemical laboratory to learn about the company’s equipment and manufacturing environment.

    Closing ceremony and learning outcomes

    At the closing ceremony, participants received certificates and books. Speakers encouraged the students to apply their learning and develop their workplace skills. The internship forms part of the company’s support for employee families.

    Henan Mine Crane launched its 2026 summer internship for employees’ children on 21 July, opening workplace learning opportunities across production, technical and administrative roles.

    Mentoring and workplace preparation

    The month-long programme included safety induction, protective equipment and one-to-one mentoring. Participants were assigned practical roles and received accommodation and meals. The launch announcement described 331 participants and an allowance of CNY 4,000 per person.

    The programme aimed to introduce young people to workplace responsibilities and the company’s manufacturing environment. Formal internship certificates were planned for participants completing the programme.
