Henan Mine Crane Opens a Summer Internship Programme for Employees’ Children
Henan Mine Crane launched its 2026 summer internship for employees’ children on 21 July, opening workplace learning opportunities across production, technical and administrative roles.
Mentoring and workplace preparation
The month-long programme included safety induction, protective equipment and one-to-one mentoring. Participants were assigned practical roles and received accommodation and meals. The launch announcement described 331 participants and an allowance of CNY 4,000 per person.
Support for students and employee families
The programme aimed to introduce young people to workplace responsibilities and the company’s manufacturing environment. Formal internship certificates were planned for participants completing the programme.
