The export batch was prepared for phased dispatch from the manufacturing base.

    A coordinated export dispatch

Transport vehicles assembled at the manufacturing base for the departure ceremony. The crane batch forms part of the equipment supply for the European project.

Phased dispatch requires the equipment list, packing identification and shipment sequence to be coordinated with receiving and assembly arrangements at the destination.

    Set the complete delivery scope

For a comparable enquiry, define the crane configuration and the boundaries of supply together. Electrical requirements, delivery terms, transport dimensions, site access and installation responsibilities should be included in the project discussion.

Plan your crane supply and shipment

Send the lifting requirements, destination and intended supply scope. Our team can review the equipment arrangement and the dispatch information needed for your project.

Covered crane equipment leaving the manufacturing site.

Batch dispatch from the manufacturing site

The equipment left the factory as the project’s first crane batch. The number 14 is the shipment quantity; individual crane capacities and configurations depend on the agreed equipment schedule.

    Coordinate delivery and site preparation

For a multi-crane import order, define the supply scope, packing requirements, transport restrictions and installation responsibilities. Site readiness and the unloading plan should be coordinated with the expected shipment sequence.

Plan a crane delivery to Vietnam

Send the crane schedule, lifting requirements, destination and installation plan so supply and delivery arrangements can be discussed.

The first crane batch has been installed for aerospace equipment handling.

    Lifting support for launch-site facilities

On 29 September 2026, Hainan International Commercial Aerospace Launch Co., Ltd. held a user meeting and launched joint exercises for the site’s second-phase project. Henan Mine Crane representatives attended and discussed equipment support and further cooperation.

The installed lifting equipment forms part of the handling infrastructure for large aerospace equipment and supports recurring operations within the launch-site facilities.

Plan the complete aerospace handling route

An aerospace lifting proposal needs the component dimensions, total suspended load, lift path and available building clearances. Tooling interfaces, coordinated movements and the inspection sequence can then be addressed within the project specification.

    Discuss an aerospace lifting project

Share the equipment envelope, load, lifting height, building layout and required handling sequence. Our team can review the crane configuration and the interfaces with your installation.

Crane equipment for tunnelling machinery production

More than 100 crane units were developed and manufactured for Tangxing Equipment’s trenchless equipment industrial park. The lifting equipment supported the manufacturing site associated with the rollout of the Yimeng No. 1 tunnel boring machine.

Three 100 t cranes for research operations

A separate application used three 100 t double-girder cranes at a national laboratory working on deep-coal mining safety and environmental protection. These are individual crane capacities, distinct from the number of units supplied to the manufacturing park.

    Plan heavy-component handling

Provide the heaviest component, lifting points, required hook travel and building layout. Include any tandem-lifting or assembly-position requirements.

127 Crane Units Begin Batch Dispatch for an Egyptian Steel Plant

A dispatch ceremony on 3 September 2026 marked the start of batch shipments for 127 crane units supplied by Henan Mine Crane to a Sinosteel steel plant project in Egypt.

    A multi-unit export shipment

The equipment was arranged for dispatch in batches. The figure 127 refers to the number of crane units in the project, not to the lifting capacity of an individual crane.

Coordinate equipment with the installation sequence

For a steel plant buying several crane types, procurement planning should identify each lifting duty, installation area, interface and required delivery sequence. Crane capacities, component scope, site installation and commissioning responsibilities need to be agreed for the specific order.

Prepare a steel plant crane enquiry

Send your crane schedule, load requirements, workshop layout and planned installation phases. We can discuss equipment configurations and the supply scope.

Double-trolley arrangement on the marine equipment overhead crane
Double-trolley arrangement on the marine equipment overhead crane.

    Independent and coordinated trolley operation

The crane uses two trolleys that can operate independently or together for large and elongated components. Variable-frequency drives and PLC control support controlled travel and load-dependent speed arrangements.

    Define the combined lifting arrangement

A similar project needs the component geometry, centre of gravity, lifting points and required hook separation. The technical agreement should define coordinated movement, load limits, positioning requirements and the acceptance procedure for the proposed handling sequence.

    Review a large-component lifting study

Send the component weights and dimensions, lifting-point drawing and workshop layout so the crane arrangement can be evaluated.

Power plant crane positioning a large generator component.

    Controls for equipment handling

The crane arrangements use variable-frequency speed control and PLC control for lifting and travel. The project required equipment suitable for heavy-component handling in a hot and dusty operating environment.

Specify the site conditions and suspended load

For a power plant enquiry, provide the actual lifted weights, lift path, clearances and installation sequence. Temperature, dust exposure and required protection measures should be confirmed for the particular equipment and location.

    Discuss your power plant crane

Share the component load list, building drawing and operating conditions for the equipment proposal.

Heavy lifting within a restricted envelope

The 600 t crane uses variable-frequency control, coordinated double-hook lifting, sway control and digital monitoring. The low-headroom arrangement addresses the space available around the lifting equipment.

Agree equipment interfaces and acceptance checks

For a power station crane, specify the component weights, lifting points, hook spacing, required lift path and available clearances. Factory assembly checks, site testing and the handover documents should be agreed within the project scope.

Review a power station lifting requirement

Share the maximum load, equipment dimensions, installation sequence and powerhouse drawing for a technical review.

Different cranes for different steel plant duties

The supply includes 160 t double-girder overhead cranes, slab-tong cranes and lower-rotating electromagnetic beam cranes. Double-girder, double-trolley gantry cranes serve the project’s port scrap yard.

Build a crane schedule around the process

The equipment count is distinct from each crane’s rated capacity. For a comparable steel plant, list the load and lifting attachment required in each process area, the expected working cycle, environmental conditions and interfaces with production and yard operations.

Prepare your steel plant crane schedule

Send the workshop and yard layouts, material types, load schedule and operating cycles so the equipment configuration can be reviewed.
