291 Participants Complete Henan Mine Crane’s 2026 Summer Internship

Henan Mine Crane marked the completion of its 2026 summer internship on 15 August. A total of 291 employees’ children completed the programme and received allowances and certificates.

Workplace learning and technical visits

The programme combined practical experience with lectures. Participants visited the crane museum, service-life test laboratory and physical and chemical laboratory to learn about the company’s equipment and manufacturing environment.

Closing ceremony and learning outcomes

At the closing ceremony, participants received certificates and books. Speakers encouraged the students to apply their learning and develop their workplace skills. The internship forms part of the company’s support for employee families.
